This spacious haven is adorned with designer furnishings and boasts a cozy outdoor dining area. The apartment is centrally located. Smoking or vaping inside the house and partying are not allowed. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am, and all sounds must be kept inside the house. The occupancy limit for this unit is 12 people at all times on or outside of this unit. If the party exceeds the occupancy limit without authorized permission, there will be a $100 fee charged per unauthorized person. There is a $200 per day cleaning fee if smoking of any sorts of products is found inside the property and a $500 excess cleaning fee for unauthorized pets on the property. An unauthorized late check-out will result in a $100 per hour late check-out fee. Any damages to furniture or items in the home, caused by the guest, will result in a fee for the cost of the item, the cost to replace it, and (if necessary) labor to the contractor for repairing. For any reasons causing the next party not being able to check-in or delaying their check-in, your party will be responsible for the refunds, charges, or reimbursement granted to the next party.
