Situated on the first floor, the unit features breathtaking lake views from the primary room balcony, allowing you to unwind and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Please note that while the unit is on the ground floor, the building is elevated due to its proximity to the ocean, requiring a flight of stairs for access. There is no elevator, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. This apartment boasts a spacious living room with a pull-out couch and a Roku smart TV for your entertainment. The ample kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, bar seating for three, and a dining table for four. The primary queen bedroom offers a restful night's sleep, while the bunk bed room accommodates additional guests, providing a total sleeping capacity of six. Each unit includes two designated parking spaces. If you're bringing additional vehicles, public parking is available from March 1 to October 31, with rates of $5 per hour or $25 per day. Private parking lots around the boardwalk area typically charge a flat fee ranging from $25 to $60 per day. Golf carts are welcome but count as one of your two parking spaces, and charging golf carts on the property is not permitted. The vibrant atmosphere of downtown Carolina Beach is just a short walk away, with the boardwalk only a quarter mile from the apartment. Enjoy the convenience of nearby attractions such as Fort Fisher Civil War Historic Site and the NC State Aquarium, located six miles to the south. The US North Carolina Battleship, Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk, and exciting nightlife are just 25 minutes away. Amazing restaurants are everywhere, and we're happy to recommend some of our favorites. Smoking is not allowed on the property, and pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Please be mindful of sand in the unit; an outdoor shower is provided to rinse off excess sand, as clogs can only be cleared by a plumber. Housekeeping services are not provided daily, and guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels. Walking on the dunes is forbidden, and guests should use the walkway to access the beach. In the event of a storm or hurricane, refunds will only be given if mandatory evacuations are ordered by state or local authorities.
