Welcome to this charming condo, a new addition to our popular rental offerings in Cincinnati. Situated in a historic 2-story property built in 1880, this home provides a perfect retreat for a weekend getaway or a comfortable home away from home. Enjoy the delightful bistro-style patio, perfect for soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of Over-the-Rhine (OTR). Located just half a block from Music Hall, Washington Park, and the Streetcar stop, this condo offers an ideal location for exploring OTR while nestled in a peaceful residential area. The kitchen serves as a great starting point for your day, whether you're preparing a morning coffee or a hearty breakfast at the breakfast bar. The bistro-style patio is an inviting spot to begin your day or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The condo strikes a balance between preserving the property's original character and incorporating modern features for daily enjoyment. You'll find historically-accurate bedroom sizes, exposed brick walls, lovely hardwood floors, granite and marble countertops, a well-equipped kitchen, a 2-basin bathroom vanity, a laundry room, plenty of natural light, and full-length mirrors for getting ready to explore the city. Parking is free for two vehicles in the garage, saving you from winter windshield scraping and summer heat. Street parking is available but can be tight during events at Music Hall. A map link will be provided to show free off-street parking options nearby. Over-the-Rhine is a stunning neighborhood known for its Italianate architecture from the late 1800s. Since its renaissance began in 2006, OTR has become Cincinnati's most popular social neighborhood, offering a mix of vibrant nightlife and cultural attractions. This condo is located in a quieter residential pocket, providing proximity and walkability to everything without the noise of the bar scene. With easy access to the Streetcar stop and Red Bike station, you can explore downtown effortlessly. Ride-sharing vehicles and scooters are also readily available. There are a couple of entry steps, so consider this if you have mobility needs. Pets are not allowed due to a past incident, despite our love for them. No smoking or parties are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning, pet hair, stains, smoking indoors, unreturned keys, and security issues. Explore a plethora of activities with our interactive neighborhood guide, featuring recommendations for dining, entertainment, and more. Highlights include Music Hall, Washington Park, local breweries, and Findlay Market, just three blocks away. I'm available to assist with recommendations and ensure your stay is enjoyable. Enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please, with no key exchange required.
