Nice, bright and clean 985 sq. ft. apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It’s on the second floor, corner unit, on the quiet and green side of the building. Nice and large rooms with great storages and closets. There is a den/ office/ storage depending of your needs. The whole apartment was just freshly painted from ceilings to floors. Two years ago the following things were installed brand new: new laminate floors, new kitchen cabinets, countertop, sink, faucet, new appliances, new living room and dining windows curtains, new kitchen lights, new bathroom vanity and vanity lights, new bathroom faucets. Recently I just put new bathroom faucet, new kitchen light on the ceiling and on the kitchen cabinets above the sink. Great location with great South and East exposure in the building in great condition. Large balcony, nice for summer evenings. This building has a 24/7 security video surveillance, security guard from 10 pm to 8am and a building caretaker on the site. The complex is located just across the street from TNT Market and Guilford Mall is just few minutes walking distance. Everything you need is just right there. Daycare, elementary and high schools are just behind the next building. Easy access to all highways for faster commute. The bus stops are just across the street too.
