The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin daybeds. There is also a second bathroom and a full-size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements. The dining and living room are integrated into an open-concept space. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a full meal. Washer and dryer facilities are available on every floor and are accessible with a prepaid laundry card. Tides charges fees payable to the condominium association for valet parking and FOB key. Valet parking is $100 weekly, $125 bi-weekly, $150 for three weeks, $175 for four weeks, and $40 for holidays. The condominium requires the purchase of a FOB key for $30 for every two adults, which is non-refundable. Charges may be applied for bringing pets with a maximum weight of 20 pounds.
