This 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome sleeps 8 and offers a comfortable living area. The townhome features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee/tea station, and indoor dining area. A free washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The resort fee is $22.40 per day, which includes up to ten wristbands for community amenities. The fee applies whether you use the amenities or not. Located in Davenport, the home is just off I-4 and I-192, putting Disney World and other major attractions within a short drive. The Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes away. The home is situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The home is professionally sprayed for bugs and mosquitoes, and bug spray is available. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. The Regal Palms Resort offers a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a fully equipped gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice cream shop. The community amenity center and clubhouse are just a short walk away. The gated community has a 24-hour security guard and a private double driveway that fits 2 cars. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest.
