There is a mandatory resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for up to 10 people/wrist bands. Regal Palms Resort Orlando offers a quiet retreat where you can spread out and enjoy spacious accommodations. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and minutes from Orlando's attractions, this community is perfect for those seeking a home away from home. You'll be within a short drive to Disney World and other major attractions just off the I4 and I192 in Orlando, and 40 minutes from the Orlando Airport. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the premises, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
