The apartment also includes a washer and dryer with supplies, and a bathroom equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and other toiletries you may have forgotten. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $10 per night if booked for at least 15 nights. Pets are allowed in the apartment with a fee of $10 per night for one pet, and prior confirmation is required. A travel crib for babies 0-18 months and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night, and should be booked in advance. Guests must provide their names and ID details to the condo management prior to arrival. A selfie with ID in hand is required as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information are not allowed into the building. The unit entrance is equipped with a smart lock for easy check-in and check-out, allowing remote locking and unlocking of the suite door. A refundable deposit of $500 is required, which will not be refunded if smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit, or other house rules are violated.
