Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or events allowed. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. No street parking is allowed due to city parking regulations. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The fireplace is wood burning and guests should refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval.
