This home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, spices, a drip coffee maker, Kerrigan, toaster oven, blender, a kitchen table that seats 6, and counter seating. Enjoy the hot tub, wood-burning fire pit, expansive deck with seating and water views, two floating docks, and a tiki bar. For recreation, kayaks and paddle boards are included. Inside, you'll find comfy couches and a big-screen TV in the living room, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, towels, linens, complimentary toiletries, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a hair dryer. Parking is free for up to 6 vehicles. Pets are welcome with an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Enjoy easy access to restaurants on and off the water, shopping, breweries, and golf courses. Kayak to nearby islands or paddleboard in the quiet cove. Corporate and social parties or events are allowed only with pre-approval. No more than 10 guests are allowed unless pre-approved. No drop-by, unregistered guests are allowed unless pre-approved. Do not park or drive on the lawn; damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged. Street parking is prohibited; guests must use the area in front of or to the side of the house. The fireplace is not for guest use. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the house or garage, which will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning; smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only, and cigarette butts must be discarded responsibly. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am; please respect the neighbors, as complaints will result in immediate cancellation without refund. This property has a Ring camera that monitors the front of the property, and an additional exterior Ring camera monitors the backyard deck and side entrance; both cameras are visible, record video/audio, and will be on during every reservation.
