This self-catering home offers a complimentary basic starter kit, including essentials like toilet paper, soap, and a small dish detergent. Pets are welcome with a fee of $250 for one pet and $150 for each additional pet. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $35 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A barbecue grill is available for a fee of $35, and early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for an additional cost. Baby items like a Pack n' Play are complimentary for all stays. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of half the nightly rate. Smoking is prohibited, with a penalty fee of $250 for violations. The property has regular pest control service, but sightings of wildlife or pests may occur, and no refunds will be provided for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife, contact us for assistance. The property is a self-catering home, so guests should bring or purchase additional items as needed. The community association requires a background check for long-term stays, with a fee of $100 per adult. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a penalty of 50% of the total night rate.
