Located close to all nearby must-see places and attractions, including the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Alabama Theatre, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Ripley’s Aquarium. The condo is just 5 blocks from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, with local grocery stores close by. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Due to fire regulations, grilling is prohibited in the unit or on the balcony, with a $200 fine for violations. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine and additional cleaning costs for violations. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 4 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may result in eviction, with a $100 penalty for exceeding the maximum number of occupants.
