Enjoy easy access to all things Fayetteville, like the University of Arkansas Campus, the Downtown district, the Razorback Greenway Bike Trails, and Centennial Park. It's just an 8-minute straight shot to the University of Arkansas and a 3 to 5-minute drive to plenty of restaurants, or a 10-minute drive to Downtown Fayetteville. Guests are prohibited from parking in the driveway, as it will block the neighbor and may result in towing. All other cars must be parked across the street on the South side, facing East. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; an unapproved party or event will result in a $1000 fine. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Includes a desk with a comfy leather chair and computer screen.
