A pet fee and $150 security deposit is required to welcome up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). Located in the heart of Orlando, this tranquil oasis is just 2 minutes away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, placing you right in the heart of the magic. World-class meals are within a couple of miles of the community. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
