The heated private pool is available for $100 per night, and it can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, but no cats please. Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the street or driveway. Perfectly located in Peoria, you’re close to the best that Arizona has to offer, including sports, shopping, dining, hiking, and plenty of sunshine. Nearby attractions include Lake Pleasant Regional Park, Peoria Sports Complex, P83 Entertainment District, Arizona Broadway Theatre, and Peoria Center for the Performing Arts. Enjoy local dining at North Italia, The Sicilian Butcher, Blanco Cocina + Cantina, and more. Renting a car or using rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are convenient options for exploring the area. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. If you're interested in a long-term stay, please inquire about availability. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
