The home is comfortable and spacious, and stocked with everything you need for your indoor and outdoor needs. The home is child-friendly and dog-friendly as well, offering all the beach gear essentials when you're ready to venture out. Inside, the home has a classic Florida room that receives lots of natural light and is comfortably outfitted with a couch and television. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been remodeled, bringing a modern element to the Old Florida charm. The dining area has room for eight along with two counter stools. The kitchen has all the essentials to make homemade meals together. Each of the two bedrooms have comfortable beds and plenty of space for personal belongings. Original hardwood flooring is found throughout the interior. The backyard features a heated lap pool that is open year-round, perfect for getting your laps in or just enjoying the peaceful scenery from the outdoor dining table. Two bikes are onsite so you can explore the area at your leisure. The incredible neighborhood is extremely walkable, whether you stroll down Flagler to the east or Spruce to the west. Several blocks to the south is historic Northwood Village, filled with all kinds of restaurants, local shopping, art galleries, and coffee shops. You're also within a 15-20 minute driving distance to other incredible local beaches, golfing, and towns, such as Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Lake Worth Beach, and Delray Beach. Parking is available on the street directly in front of the home. The driveway is used by the owner, who visits occasionally, for use of the rear cottage in the back. In Northwood, you can also conveniently find Circuit, a golf-cart like transportation service that will take you all the way to downtown West Palm or Palm Beach Island for just a few dollars per rider. The rear cottage is sometimes occupied by the property owner and co-host, who comes from the hospitality industry and will leave you completely undisturbed for the duration of your stay.
