Sleeping up to 6 guests, it's the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and outdoor fun. Inside, you’ll find an open, airy floor plan with stylish furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and cozy spaces to gather and unwind. The main spaces include a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, a living room with a large leather sofa and smart TV, and a spectacular backyard with a private pool, hot tub, and kayaks for your use. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, and we kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. Parking is available in the driveway for 3 cars, with no street parking allowed. Explore vibrant downtown St. Pete just minutes away, or enjoy nearby attractions like Coffee Pot Riviera Park, Sunken Gardens, and Vinoy Park. The area is known for its serene waterways, perfect for kayaking and wildlife watching. Dining options include Juno & the Peacock, Casita Taqueria, and Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier. Renting a car or using rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are convenient ways to explore the area. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and matching credit card. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out. The home office is equipped with a printer and Wi-Fi, providing a comfortable space for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
