There is no refund for weather-related issues or road conditions, and power outages are beyond control. Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a $50 charge. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets and parties are not allowed. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
