The spacious living area invites you to sink into a comfortable seat and let the crackling fireplace set the mood for a quiet evening. This cabin features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a balcony, a deck patio, a smart TV, a charcoal fire pit, and a hot tub. Free parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles. The heart of the cabin is its open living space, where conversations flow as easily as the morning coffee. Outside, the beauty of the Smoky Mountains surrounds you. This property feels tucked away, but it is right by everything, 5 minutes behind Dollywood and 10 minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge. The bunk bed is located in the hallway on the 2nd floor. At least one guest must be 25 years or older, and proof of age will be required at check-in. This is a non-smoking cabin, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens. Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late check-outs will result in additional charges. There is a $30 charge if you wish to have an additional cleaning of the hot tub during your stay.
