For light sleepers, tower fans and white noise machines are provided in every room. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character and amazing food. The Short North District, Greater Columbus Convention Center, and Nationwide Arena Stadium are all within walking distance. Downtown Columbus area and Ohio State University campus are less than 1 mile away. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count, and a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
