The downstairs primary bedroom features a king-size Tempurpedic bed, Smart TV, seating, and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Upstairs, you'll find a southeast bedroom with a queen-size Tempurpedic bed, desk/vanity, and blackout blinds, as well as a north bedroom with a queen-size Tempurpedic bed and vintage decor. The cozy loft offers a full-size bed in a snug nook. Dining space is available for 6, with additional kitchen bar seating for 3. This pet-friendly property allows dogs with a maximum of 3, requiring a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. A gas grill is available for guest use, and grilling tools and utensils can be found in the laundry room. Nestled in the booming South Fayetteville district, the farmhouse is surrounded by new construction and a vibrant community. Enjoy leisurely walks with locals and experience southern hospitality. The property is conveniently located just a couple of miles from I-49, and a mile from the University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville. Onsite parking is available, with street parking as an option. The property is equipped with NoiseAware technology, ensuring privacy compliance. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $1000 fine, and unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, with a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs for violations. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and must be kept in the mudroom if unattended. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Trash day is Thursday morning, so if you're staying on a Wednesday night, please take it to the curb with the recycling.
