Located in mid-town Fayetteville, this townhome is close to public transit and with access to rideshare/taxi. The Abshier Heights is a luxurious newly developed townhome community on the mountainside of Fayetteville, tucked away from traffic but close enough to have walking access to anything you might need and only 1 mile away from the town square. Enjoy beautiful views of the town. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Guests do not have access to the garage. There is one parking spot directly in front of the house, but multiple overflow parking spots are in the driveway just feet away from the front door.
