It sleeps up to 4 guests and includes an open concept living space with a plush sofa and 3 accent chairs, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, and beautiful views of the town. The fully stocked kitchen has all of the essentials, and there is a dining table that seats 6 plus 4 seats at the kitchen bar. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer for guest use. This is a pet-friendly property with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3. Located in mid-town Fayetteville, this townhome is close to public transit and with access to rideshare/taxi services. It is directly beside Rick's Bakery, Arcadia Retro Arcade, and everything in Evelyn Hills Mall, and a 5-minute drive to the Entertainment District and The University of Arkansas. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
