Early check-in is available after 2 PM CST for $40, after 12:30 PM CST for $55, and any time after 9 AM CST for $100. Late check-out is available until 12 PM CST for $40, until 1:30 PM CST for $55, and any time until 5 PM CST for $100. A complimentary mid-stay cleaning is offered for stays longer than 30 days or upon request, with an additional fee applicable. Free parking is available on the premises. Located just off the highway, this townhome is only 3 minutes away from Walmart, gas stations, dining, and entertainment, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips. Exterior security cameras are installed on the front and back porch for your safety. An additional guest fee applies after 2 guests. No smoking is allowed, with a penalty of $500 plus the cost of cleaning. Undisclosed pets will incur an additional $50 per day penalty per pet. No parties or events are allowed without host approval, with a party fine of $1,000. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Self check-in is available with a keypad. Guests must sign and return the rental agreement 48 hours prior to check-in, or before arrival for last-minute bookings. For stays longer than 1 month, a background check is required. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by themselves or their guests. Trash management is the guest's responsibility, including wheeling the bin out for pick-up and returning it after collection.
