The customer service is amazing! I’ve talked to both Jhona & Stacey I believe that is how their names are spelt. Their work ethic is great they are quick with their knowledge with information I needed in a timely manner. They made sure I was taken care of. They were super kind. Exceptional service from the leasing office! They were responsive, professional, and made the entire leasing process seamless. A highly recommended team that truly cares about their residents. I called in needing something for immediate move in. Jhona explained to me that they only had a fully furnished unit available at the time, but had something coming available very soon for move in. She walked me through the application process while I was on the phone doing it. I'm not very good with online stuff so I know it took some patience. She placed me on hold after I was done and got me an approval right away. She even said that she would get the apartment ready faster than normal for me since I needed it quickly. I just want to thank her for taking her time with me and being so kind and understanding. I have called other places that weren't so nice to me. I can't wait to move in!
