Feel at home in this beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that blends comfort and Southern charm. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ready to meet all your culinary needs, cozy living spaces for relaxing after a day of exploring, and spacious bedrooms designed with your rest in mind. A private backyard offers a serene spot to unwind, ideal for morning coffee or an evening under the stars. Each guest is provided with one bath towel and one washcloth for the duration of their stay. Additional hand towels are provided in each bathroom. Guests have access to a washer and dryer, and detergent is provided in case you wish to refresh your towels or clothing during your stay. A starter pack of essentials (trash bags, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.) is provided. A $70 pet fee will be charged if you bring pets. Early check-in is available between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM for a $30 fee, availability depends on cleaning schedules and same-day checkouts. This home offers easy access to both leisure and travel essentials: just 10 minutes from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, about 45 minutes to the beaches of Tybee Island, only 20 minutes to Downtown Savannah, including the charming squares and historic homes, and just 22 minutes to River Street, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, and riverfront strolls. Outdoor noise is not permitted between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the property, and a $200 fee applies if any evidence of smoking or vaping is found. No parties or events are allowed under any circumstances, and do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed on your reservation. Unauthorized overnight guests are strictly prohibited. The minimum age to rent this property is 25 years old. Local residents must contact the host before booking. Guests must remain responsive and reachable through the booking platform from booking through checkout.
