This trendy part of Montreal offers the perfect scenery for your social media and is known as Canada's hippest neighborhood. With the highest population density in Canada, this colorful and artsy area is a fun place to hang out day or night. The area offers taxis, Bixis, public transit, and Ubers for your convenience, with Rosemont metro approximately 15 minutes away. The apartment is equipped with a 'Minut Home Sensor' noise decibel monitoring device located in the kitchen. The building is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells, and entrances. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00.
