It's an outstanding location, steps to the C-Train, Scotiabank Saddledome, Stampede Grounds, Sunterra Market, H-market, Elbow River, Repsol Sport Centre, and 17th Ave Shopping & Dining. According to Calgary short-term rental regulations, the maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 adults. Extra guests who are not included in the reservation will not be allowed in the building. Pets are not allowed in the building, and if you arrive with pets, the concierge will not allow you to enter, and no refund will be provided. This is an adult-only residence, and children are not allowed on the premises. Check-in is after 3PM until 8PM, and check-out is before 11AM. If smoking occurs inside, or there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, the deposit will not be refunded.
