This stunning three-story, six-bedroom, five-bath retreat includes a main four-bedroom home and a two-bedroom carriage house, ideal for guests who enjoy a bit of extra privacy. Feel at home in this spacious property, offering breathtaking Gulf views and a private pool oasis. Welcome to Crystal Tower by the Sea! The larger front home features entrances from Scenic Highway 98 and the pool deck. Inside is a bright open-concept living and dining area with comfortable seating, a spacious dining table, and breakfast bar seating in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, dishes, cookware, bakeware, and both a Standard and Keurig coffee maker. The homes share a pool deck with plenty of lounge chairs, a pool, a propane grill, fire pit, cornhole boards, and an outdoor ping pong table. The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles and a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart is available for guests age 25 and over. Pool heating is available for a seasonal fee of $350 for your stay, with increased costs for trips over 7 days. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee for up to 2 house-trained dogs, which must be approved in advance. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee, only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive east with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. Crystal Tower by the Sea is just 20-30 minutes from VPS airport and 15 minutes from popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets. You’re also close to the Scenic Highway 30A and many Destin hotspots. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart, with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage. Pool heating requires a 24-hour notice for preparation. Events and parties are not permitted. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, with an additional $50 fee for excess cleanup. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for pickup, and trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup to avoid HOA citations. Nonstop entertainment is provided with Roku-enabled TVs, Hulu Live, and lightning-fast Wi-Fi. A laptop computer is not included.
