It's steps to Bow River trails, ideal for walks, bike rides and views, and near Century Hall with tennis, a skating rink, and a splash pad. Seton, with shopping, restaurants, a VIP cinema, and Brookfield YMCA, is just 5 minutes away. Nearby attractions include Fish Creek Provincial Park, Bow River Pathway, Seton Urban District, Calgary Zoo and Heritage Park, Cranston Market, and South Trail Crossing. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of the full deposit. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of the full deposit. Upon departure, please ensure the home is tidied up with all garbage bagged and recycling gathered by the sink. Should the home be left in an untidy disrespectful fashion, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
