This unit is located in the basement. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Upon departure, please ensure the home is tidied up with all garbage bagged and recycling gathered by the sink. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for untidy departures. Late check-outs will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour.
