This home features bright, sun-filled rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind. The inviting, open-concept living area includes a plush chaise lounge and a 55” Smart TV with access to your favorite streaming apps, and a queen-size sofa bed. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, a coffee machine, a coffee grinder, and a large breakfast bar with granite countertops. Each of the three bedrooms offers comfortable beds topped in quality linen, wall-mounted Smart TVs, closets, ceiling fans, and USB charging stations. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and 43” Smart TV. Bedroom two has a queen bed with a dedicated workspace and a 40” Smart TV. Bedroom three has two twin beds and a 32” Smart TV. You'll also have access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. On a sunny day, step out onto the side deck and cook up lunch on the George Foreman Grill, or sit out on the front patio and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning with four Adirondack chairs and two end tables. Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Centrally located just 3 miles to downtown and 5 miles to the nearest beach, this cottage is in a quiet, leafy neighborhood just minutes from the Historic District and its abundance of restaurants, bars, boutique shopping and many great attractions. Pack your golf clubs and play at the Royal St Augustine Country Club, just a short 4-minute drive away, then stock up on supplies for dinner at the Publix supermarket only 5 minutes from the house. You’ll be just a short drive to St. George Street, Aviles Street, the Lightner Museum, and Flagler College. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the Ring security camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. You are required to follow the house rules during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
