The open-concept living area features a plush chaise lounge and a 55” Smart TV with access to your favorite streaming apps, and can also be used as an additional sleeping space with a queen-size sofa bed. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, a coffee machine, a coffee grinder, and a large breakfast bar with granite countertops. The home also has a washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. Enjoy the side deck with an outdoor electric grill or the front patio with four Adirondack chairs and two end tables. Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Located in a quiet, leafy neighborhood, this cottage is just minutes from the Historic District with its restaurants, bars, boutique shopping, and attractions. It's 3 miles to downtown and 5 miles to the nearest beach. Pack your golf clubs and play at the Royal St. Augustine Country Club, a short 4-minute drive away, and stock up on supplies at the Publix supermarket, only 5 minutes from the house. St. George Street, Aviles Street, the Lightner Museum, and Flagler College are all nearby. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for parties, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time.
