Guests are financially responsible for any property damage during the rental period. No firearms, fireworks, or ATVs are allowed. The house is located in the mountains of East Tennessee, where wildlife such as deer, bears, raccoons, snakes, and bugs may be encountered. Admire wildlife from a safe distance and do not feed them to preserve their natural state.
