Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The living room includes a smart TV, a 3-seater sofa, an armchair, a ceiling fan, and a coffee table. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, dishwasher, dishware, cookware, utensils, a drip coffee maker, ground coffee packets, cream, and sugar. You'll also find a full-size washer and dryer in the apartment. Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome for a fee of $50 per pet. Free parking is available. There is an on-site fitness center. It’s the perfect destination for a weekend getaway, business trip, or family gathering. Nearby parks include O'Neil Park, Squaw Creek Park and Inis Grove Park. It's a 3-minute drive to Downtown Ames. Be close to everything that makes Ames such an amazing place to live, including artsy coffee shops, funky food trucks, and a short walk to Jack Trice Stadium. Grab tacos at Fuzzy’s or chill at ISU and hit up Es Tas Bar and Grill. Hotspots like Provisions Lot F, Cafe Diem, Cellar 626, Stuart Smith Park, and Time Out Arcade Bar are just moments away. While we generally do not allow pets, we are opening this option for the fall and winter season. Unapproved pets or excessive cleaning and damage will result in a $250 violation fee. Please ensure pets are house-trained, not left unattended unless crated, and kept off furniture and bedding. All listed and shared amenities, including gyms and other building features, are available for guest use at your own risk. Access is not guaranteed and may be limited or unavailable due to building maintenance, scheduling, or other factors. The partner is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or service interruptions that may occur during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. The check-in time is 4:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 am.
