It's a 3-minute drive to Downtown Ames. Be close to everything that makes Ames such an amazing place to live, including artsy coffee shops and funky food trucks. Just a short walk to Jack Trice Stadium, Fuzzy’s, ISU, Es Tas Bar and Grill, Provisions Lot F, Cafe Diem, Cellar 626, Stuart Smith Park, and Time Out Arcade Bar. All listed and shared amenities, including gyms and other building features, are available for guest use at your own risk.
