This fully equipped bungalow includes a full kitchen with an oven, stove top, microwave, and black fridge, as well as natural wood cabinets, a high-top dining table for 2, a coffee maker, and basic cookware. The living area features a comfy futon, a smart TV, a TV stand, a ceiling fan, and a storage closet. The bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, a storage closet, bedside tables, and lamps. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. There is a large walk-in shower with glass doors and a white wood vanity with a medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Free access to a detached laundry area, shared with Unit 1, is available in a locked closet on the left side of the main house. One free parking spot is available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days, and $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Enjoy direct access to Indian Rocks Beach, just a short walk away. The apartment is also close to the intracoastal waterway for fishing and a 2-minute walk to Italian, seafood, Mexican, and other dining options. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. If you'd like to smoke you must go across the road or onto the beach. Any evidence of smoking (including smell) will result in a $400 penalty and immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances. In the event of a party, the police will be contacted and you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will also be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without a refund and a penalty of $400. Guests need to rinse off their feet when returning from the beach, there’s a hose area at the gate. Please note that weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. |
