The mid-level features an open living room (no TV), a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, a laundry room, a half bathroom, and a mudroom and garage access. The bottom level features a living room for lounging and cold storage and under-stair storage. The garage accommodates 2 small cars comfortably. Additional parking is available in a small parking lot at the end of the row of townhomes. Pets are welcome at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Emotional support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as service animals under the ADA. Centrally located, this home is ideal for skiing adventures or exploring local attractions. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. A $30 fee per bin will apply for unbagged trash. If any issues are encountered during your stay, please reach out as soon as possible! Timely communication is key in getting issues resolved. The guest services team will work to troubleshoot with you first before calling out a handyperson. If the handyperson is unable to find an issue or it was a user error, the guest will be subject to paying their fee. If there is an issue identified with the property, the owner will pay their fee.
