This home features three stylish living rooms, five and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, a laundry room, a mudroom, and garage access with a dedicated ski rack for easy gear storage. Enjoy open living spaces and a private outdoor area to relax or entertain. The garage accommodates two small cars comfortably. Additional parking is available in a small parking lot at the end of the row of townhomes. Pets are allowed at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Centrally located, this home is ideal for skiing adventures or exploring local attractions. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. All garbage must be bagged and placed in designated bins. A $30 fee per bin will apply for unbagged trash. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Moving of furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle, located on the property. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
