No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, with a $200 per day fee assessed for violations. For pet-friendly properties, pets are allowed at a cost of $10 per pet, per day. Service animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Guests are required to pick up after their animals, and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up. If animals defecate or urinate on floors, guests will be responsible for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage, guests will pay for repairs or replacement.
