The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs. A free parking pass is provided for the Washington Park Garage, located a few blocks away. Walk to all the best OTR has to offer, including restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping, and entertainment. It's just 3 blocks to TQL Stadium and 1.3 miles to the Reds & Bengals stadiums. Washington Park & Music Hall are only 1 block away. The Connector stop is steps away, offering a 3.6-mile loop to major employment centers, entertainment, and businesses. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If an unauthorized party is thrown, charges may be pressed for criminal trespass, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted. Behavior constituting a party is determined at the sole discretion of the host and would include things like bringing extra guests into the property or people coming in and out. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored, the reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of the host's team, will result in termination of the reservation without refund. The host retains complete control of the property and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the reputation of the property. If there is any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, you will be denied entry. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking anything indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher.
