Welcome to Creekside Retreat, a modern home nestled in central Columbus, conveniently located near Ft. Moore, shopping, downtown, and white water rafting. This inviting home features a Smart TV, a spacious yard, and is close to CSU. Unwind in the private back sitting area, where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the creek while sipping your morning coffee. The large side yard is perfect for kids to play, and pets are welcome for a fee. This home boasts a fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, a dining room table, four comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a two-car garage, and a great yard and outdoor space for the family. It can comfortably accommodate 12 guests with five queen beds and a sofa bed. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Situated in a quiet and cozy residential neighborhood, this property is at the end of a cul-de-sac and features a beautiful stream behind it. Enjoy easy access to Fort Moore, downtown shops and restaurants, and whitewater rafting. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are detected, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
