This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers a delightful stay with great amenities in a gated community, including three pools (one seasonally heated), tennis courts, and a picturesque view of "turtle" lake right outside the back door. Situated just 3/4 mile from the beach, this location is perfect for your next Destin getaway. Inside, you'll find a clean, fun, and budget-friendly rental space designed to make you feel at home. The living room features a rustic beach vibe with a leather couch, cozy chair, and a uniquely painted ceiling. The open kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. The dining area, with a solid wood table seating four, offers a lovely spot to enjoy meals with a view of the lake. The first bedroom has two queen beds and a "shipwreck" vibe, while the second bedroom features a cozy king bed and Roku-enabled TV. The Jack and Jill bathroom provides easy access from both bedrooms and includes a shower, soft towels, and ample counter space. A full washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Guests traveling with pets must disclose their stay when booking, as a pet fee of $50 is required. A maximum of two pets is allowed, and they must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after. ADA-recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are subject to the fee. Fines related to pets from the HOA are the guest's responsibility. Trailer, watercraft, RV, and other large vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the complex at any time due to HOA restrictions. Located less than a mile from public beach access at June Decker Beach Trail, Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahunas, and The Track, this condo is ideally situated for exploring the best of Destin. The community now offers electric vehicle charging stations near the laundry facility and tennis courts, making it convenient for eco-conscious travelers. This is a bottom unit, so there is potential for noise from the top floor. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10 PM, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. The condo is not beachfront, and public beach access is 3/4 mile away. Check-in time is 4 PM CST, and check-out is 10 AM CST. Any stay past this time will result in an additional day charge and an additional cleaning fee. Guests must disclose any issues before check-out, or they will be held liable for damages. The property manager must be notified of any issues during the stay, or guests accept responsibility for not disclosing them in a timely manner. Any violation of house rules or terms and conditions may result in eviction without refund. The condo does not include a dedicated home office set-up, but guests can enjoy the convenience of a Roku TV for entertainment and Wi-Fi access throughout the space.
