This condo puts you just minutes away from Myrtle Beach’s top attractions, including Broadway at the Beach, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Myrtle Waves Water Park. Whether you're seeking thrilling rides, lively entertainment, or delicious dining, everything you need for the perfect getaway is right at your fingertips. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Friday of each month to ensure a wonderful stay and to prevent taking home any unwanted guests. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. The indoor pool is located at the main tower. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
