It features 1 bathroom, a fully functional kitchen with supplies including tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. Enjoy entertainment with a smart TV, Netflix, and Wi-Fi. The suite also includes a washer and dryer with supplies, and a bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries you may have forgotten at home. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request and is not included in the price. The price is $20 per night or $10 per night if you book for at least 20 nights. Pets are allowed in the apartment with a fee of $20 per night for 1 pet. Travel cribs for 0-18-month-old babies and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night. Please book them in advance. Guests must be 25 or over to check in, or 18 for reservations of 7 nights or more with an increased deposit of 500 CAD. The unit entrance is equipped with a smart lock for easy check-in and check-out. A refundable deposit of $200 is required ($500 CAD if you bring pets). If smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit, or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
