The cottage features a living room with a 55” smart TV, couch, swivel chairs, bench seating, board games, and blackout curtains. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless appliances, a gas stovetop with griddle, cookware, spices, blender, toaster, slow cooker, and a coffee bar with a Keurig and French press. There is also a laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron, and steamer. Enjoy the private backyard and patio with a 6-person hot tub, outdoor dining table, custom grill, and games like cornhole, ladder ball, and bocce. Bluebird Cottage is the perfect home base to explore all that Bryan-College Station has to offer. Take your shoes off before entering to protect the original 1944 wood floors. Events may be approved on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee of $300 and an additional security deposit. Glitter or anything sticky is not permitted in the house or on the walls; a minimum $500 fine will be charged for repairs to the sheetrock. Be careful with the original and delicate door handles. Trash goes out on Thursday; place the can on the street. Be extra careful of the trees in the driveway. No smoking is allowed. Pets are not allowed without express permission and a paid fee. Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed without express permission and a paid fee of $50 per hour. Bedroom 1 includes a desk, chair, and USB charging.
