Nearby attractions include San Diego International Airport, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and the Downtown Gaslamp District, all within a short drive. This listing does not have air conditioning. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 10:00. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM, and children and infants are considered occupants. No more than three guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside, and noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind on the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. No pets are allowed without prior approval. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout, and ensure furniture is moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. If any of the strict rules are violated, the reservation may be canceled without refund and immediate eviction may occur.
