Welcome to Brandyapple Retreat, a beautifully renovated split-level home in Raleigh, perfect for families, remote workers, and pet lovers. The downstairs area offers additional bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, and direct access to a fenced yard with a deck, corn hole, and a wood-burning fire pit. Ideal for relaxation and fun, this home has it all for a memorable stay! This beautifully renovated and fully furnished split-level home is designed with modern details and all the comforts you need for a perfect stay. Step into an open living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of exploring Raleigh. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including BBQ utensils for grilling on the outdoor BBQ. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table, or gather around the gas-burning fire pit on the balcony for cozy evenings under the stars. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with direct access to the balcony and fire pit area. Another bedroom upstairs offers a comfortable full bed, ideal for additional guests or family. On the lower level, you’ll find a second full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and a large closet. A fourth room serves as a functional workspace with a desk, making it ideal for remote workers. It also includes a washer and dryer, providing added convenience for longer stays. Enjoy direct access to the garage on one side and to the fully fenced backyard from the office. We welcome one dog only up to 60 lbs for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair such as urine or feces is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and dogs should not be left unattended in the home as barking may disturb neighbors. The fenced yard is perfect for kids and pets to play freely and safely, although the fence is weathered and there may be some small gaps smaller dogs could get through. There is a dog that lives in the home over our back fence. There is a baby safety gate on the deck that you can pull across and will give your kids and animals a sense of being outside without having the entire yard to run in. Located in the Six Forks North neighborhood, a serene and family-friendly area in North Raleigh, you will love the convenience of being close to major shopping, dining, and outdoor activities while enjoying the quiet and privacy of a suburban setting. It's a great spot for professionals, with easy access to downtown Raleigh and the Research Triangle Park (RTP) for commuting. Whether you're looking to explore the vibrant city of Raleigh or simply unwind in the tranquil surroundings of the neighborhood, everything you need is within easy reach.
