Pets are welcome, and the number of pets is negotiable. The cleaning fee is negotiable and based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. The house features a big driveway for parking, and the garage is available for use. Additional services include private chef services, hospital amenities, car transportation, first-floor living arrangements, and car charging stations. This custom-built home is a landmark in the historic Forest Hills neighborhood, just a short drive to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve University. There is a security system camera in the kitchen area. For stays between 30-59 days, there is a $500 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. Street parking is free during the day, but cars must be moved into the driveway or garage at night to avoid tickets. No more than four cars are allowed. Pets must be approved before booking, and there is absolutely no smoking in the home. Please be mindful of noise levels.
