The bedroom includes a queen bed and a large closet for clothing storage, while the bathroom offers a full bath with a walk-in shower. The living space is cozy and inviting, with a queen-size pull-out sofa for additional sleeping and lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end, stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge and dishwasher, and features a walk-in pantry stocked with basic cooking and baking staples and spices. Dine at the kitchen bar or the fold-down table. Parking is available on the street with a provided parking pass that must be displayed. The neighborhood is closely monitored by MSU Campus Police, who will issue $60 tickets to vehicles without the proper permit. Always use the parking permit to park within a 1-block radius of The Capitol Hill Loft. The loft sits above a garage in the Capitol Hill Subdivision, Bozeman's oldest historic neighborhood near the MSU campus. Main Street is less than a mile away, with excellent coffee shops and restaurants just blocks from home. Built in 1939, the house was renovated in 2016, including the loft where you're staying.
