Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, but no cats please. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and matching credit card before check-in. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
