The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, bakeware, and more, making it ideal for preparing meals. A breakfast bar with four barstools doubles as a workstation for remote work-friendly stays. The bedroom boasts a king-size bed with an abundance of pillows and a Roku-enabled TV for relaxation. Additional sleeping arrangements include two twin fold-out memory foam mattresses tucked away in the closet. The adjoining bathroom features a shower and tub, soft towels, and ample space to get ready. A laundry room on the patio provides a full washer and dryer for your convenience. Guests can take advantage of the electric vehicle charging stations located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. For those traveling with pets, a pet fee of $50 is required, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture. ADA recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee, while Emotional Support Animals are still subject to the fee. Situated in a private gated community, the Sandy Pearl offers easy access to three brand new community pools, tennis courts with Pickleball lines, and electric vehicle charging stations. The condo is less than a mile from public beach access at June Decker Beach Trail, Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahunas, and The Track. Enjoy the best of Destin with a short drive to local attractions while living like a local in this centrally located spot. This condo is located in a residential complex with noise ordinances in place at 10 PM. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. The unit is on the bottom floor, so there is a potential for noise from above. Earplugs and a noise machine are available upon request. Check-out is at 10 AM, and any stay past this time will incur additional charges. A pet fee of $50 applies for stays with house-trained pets, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.
