Beach gear is included for your convenience with towels, toys, an umbrella, and two beach chairs. Enjoy access to two pools, one of which is heated, and a grill area. Private laundry is available. Free parking is available on-site. Ocean Villas is located on beautiful Anastasia Island, just steps from St. Augustine Beach and minutes from the historic downtown district. Downtown St. Augustine is only a 10–15 minute drive away, where you can explore the Castillo de San Marcos, Flagler College, and Lightner Museum. Dine at local favorites like Salt Life, Osprey Tacos, and The Kookaburra, or enjoy beachside dining off A Street. Bike rentals are available nearby for exploring Anastasia Island, and Old Town Trolley Tours offer hop-on, hop-off service through downtown. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door, and any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr.
