Feel at home in this beautiful first-floor corner condo in Barefoot Trace. With breathtaking views of the beach, you'll find it easy to relax during your St. Augustine vacation. This condo offers no steps from parking to the condo, or from the condo to the beach, which is great for anyone with mobility issues. This largest 2-bedroom corner unit in the complex (1459 sqft) offers a master suite with a private walk-in closet and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and rain showerhead. The second bedroom includes a closet and access from the hallway to the second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The dining and kitchen area features ample seating at 2 tables and a fully stocked kitchen for meals at home, including plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. A Keurig and drip coffee maker are provided. There is also a small sitting area with a twin daybed next to the kitchen with a privacy curtain. Enjoy fast, free Wi-Fi (300Mbps), a private direct oceanfront east-facing back patio with sweeping views of the beach and ocean, and a private west-facing balcony with a small dining set. A washer and dryer are in the unit, along with an oversized water heater. Cable is provided on all TVs. Family games and beach gear are stocked for entertainment. Enjoy the well-maintained gated community with a heated pool, pickleball/tennis court, fitness center, community room with kitchen and pool table, and 2 private beach ramps (wheelchair accessible). Parking is available for 2 vehicles. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr.
