Welcome to The Sip at Sea, a charming 3-bedroom, 3-bath crescent home located in the Martinique on the Gulf community. Ideally situated on the first row of standalone homes, just behind the beachfront condos, this home offers easy access to the boardwalk leading to the beach and beachside pool. Recently renovated, it includes a brand new golf cart for guests to enjoy breezy cruises throughout the beautiful Martinique community and its amenities. Feel at home with all new kitchen appliances, cookware, and a gas grill, perfect for making meals at home. The indoor dining area seats 8, while the screened back porch offers outdoor dining for 4. Relax on the two full-size living room sofas while enjoying the 65” smart TV. The back screened porch, balcony, and lower front porch provide ample space to enjoy the sounds of the surf and beach breeze. Parking for 2 cars is available, with the parking fee included in the total amount. Vehicles may only be parked in the driveway of the property you have rented, as parking is not allowed on the street, in the yard, or in the condo parking lot. No overflow parking is allowed in the condo parking lots. Enjoy all of Martinique’s amenities, including access to both indoor (heated) and outdoor pools, fast-drying tennis courts, fitness center, sauna, and hot tubs. Martinique’s location next to the Bon Secour Wildlife Reserve offers miles of quiet sandy white beaches, away from the crowded beaches of the high-density high-rises in Gulf Shores. Several great restaurants are nearby on Fort Morgan Road, and it's an easy 20-minute drive into Gulf Shores if you're missing the traffic and crowds. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Fitness working hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, with admittance by access device only. An adult must accompany all persons sixteen years of age or under at the pool. Beach towels are not provided. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the house or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violators. Pets are not allowed. Travelers must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Local attractions include The Beach, Bon Secour Wildlife Reserve, Fort Morgan national historic military site, Dauphin Island, Fort Morgan Marina and Charters, and Kiva Dunes Golf Course.
